1 Bd./#3... ONE OF NJ'S BEST FAMILY DESTINATIONS

We provide units that sleep two guests, four guests, and five guests. However, this unit sleeps four individuals (double size bed in bedroom and pull out couch/double). All rental units have one (1) car parking in our parking lot. We are on Ocean Terrance & Sampson Avenue. All units are freshly painted and beautifully decorated with new showers, televisions, coffee makers, stoves, sinks, refrigerators, furniture, bedding and pull out couches to provide additional occupancy in the units. These units have air conditioning and heat for rentals seasonal and Off Season Get-A-Ways. Guests can expect their rental experience in a quiet, relaxing environment. Our property is owner managed and professionally cleaned.

The place is very close to the board walk and the owner is always very pleasant and reachable nice quiet and clean place

This place is very clean and is a few steps away from the boardwalk and beach. I wish there was internet for my use, as stated in the listing when I booked it. Could also use a few more cooking items like pans for more convenience for monthly renters, but had the minimum you need for a short stay. Everything was maintained well. Walls are a bit thin though. Good sized fridge, bathroom, bedroom. The bed is pretty comfortable as well. Water pressure was excellent in the bathroom. Heating and AC worked great. Enjoyed my stay here!!
