"Ebb Tide is my go-to hotel in Seaside. The prices are reasonable, there is a lovely included breakfast as well as having a Keurig coffee maker with Portland Roasting Company K-cups, a microwave and mini-fridge. It is conveniently located for walking to the downtown shops and the beach. "

"It was close to everything. My husband can’t walk long distances so the location was perfect. The Promenade is remodeling so I can’t wait until we can stay again! Adding breakfast would also be great!"

"This place is amazing! Great location, right by the beach, and within walking distance along the beach to all the shops and restaurants. They had a very thoughtful and sweet welcome basket for our dogs. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely go back!"

"A beautiful property! Central to the downtown area with some great views. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There was even a nice kitchen that was stocked with all the supplies you need. There was a microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge. There was also laundry in the room. It was a great way to see Seaside and experience restaurants without having to eat out for every meal. Definitely worth a stay. "
