"I was working in Clatsop County, OR 30+ years ago when I discovered Gearhart by the Sea! A recent family wedding was the perfect opportunity for me to share this corner of the world with my adult daughter! We truly enjoyed staying at the condo and exploring the surrounding area!! Our vacation is over now but I hope to return soon. Management is very helpful and friendly!"

"Checkin was super fast, they provided us with one duraflame per night (gave us both at checkin) which was fantastic to make a beach fire with. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!"

"The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean but not an overwhelming odder from cleaning products. No carpet is a big plus for our family. The accommodations felt warm and inviting. The only negative I can see at all is the checkout time of 10am is a bit early, 11 would be much better."

"We have stayed in this great house for two years now and have made reservations for next year. The house isn’t gorgeous from the street but it hides the super interior. The view is spectacular, the great room large and comfy, the kitchen well-appointed and the beds comfortable with cozy linens. We’ve stayed at several dozen homes since 1996 and this is our absolute favorite!"

Love this hotel!
"Loved our stay here. We had 2 rooms with ocean views. Wonderful views of the ocean. Kept windows open at night to listen to the waves. Loved watching the kite flyers. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff in office was amazing. We tore out our sidewall and needed to have a tire shipped to hotel. They were wonderful. Cookies in evening are great."
