"When checking in, night staff (woman) was super friendly and quick! Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and morning staff (older ethnic man) wasn’t very friendly at all. The room was NOT thoroughly cleaned AT ALL!! towels looked dirty and werent properly stocked. Used dirty socks from a perilous stay were found in the room. Shower was great and the hotel is good for a quick unexpected overnight stay. "

"I've stayed at a number of roadside motels in my life, and I have to say this was probably the cleanest one I have stayed at. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a quick stay. Staff was very friendly, shower worked really well, and the AC cooled the room very well. What more could you ask for?"

"Overall my stay wasn’t the worst thing ever better I do have a couple of things to say. One: The stairs leading to the second floor are WAY too steep and that is already dangerous especially for kids and also somebody painted over the stairs also so if they get rained on you are bound to slip and fall. Two: The walls are so thing that you can hear anybody and everybody’s conversations that they are having in their rooms. It’s quite annoying. Three: The cleanliness of the rooms was decent in...

"We came to the lake for the day. Swimming, hanging out got a room for the night due to drive was a long way back. Room was fine and clean. Service was questioning need for additional blankets due to being cold. I didn’t like that and need breakfast to be included."

"Waited 20 minutes outside the property because the door was locked and nobody was at the front desk and nobody answered the phone. And it’s was windy and cold when I was waiting outside. The room stinks. No hot water for shower. 2 thin pillows and NO blanket."

"It felt like a drug front. No one was there when we arrived to check in. The structure of the building itself felt incredibly unsafe. I honestly considered sleeping in the truck rather than sleeping on the questionable bed. I slept in a sleeping bag and brought my own pillow. The tv did not work. There was an extension cord from somewhere else plugging in the lamps for the only light in the room. You had to unplug the lights to charge your phone because none of the outlets worked. "

"This cabin was a bit further from Searcy than I was hoping for, but was well worth the little drive. Being out in the country was wonderful as we were traveling with dogs and enjoyed walking with them on the quiet gravel road. The cabin was clean, delightfully decorated, well stocked with necessities, and homey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely place."

"We went over prepared because you never know what you are gonna have or not gonna have when you stay somewhere; but let me tell you we didn't even need any of the extra stuff we packed because they provide everything and then some! I wish they had a VRBO every where that we traveled because we would only book their properties! Hands down the best place we have stayed! If you don't book this cottage you are missing out!!!!"
