"We visit Fripp annually and this is perfectly located near the pickle ball courts opposite the sand bar, quaint shops. We got to enjoy the beach, had good weather, enjoyed the 4th July golf cart parade and visiting the talented art vendors. We had a lovely time!"

"We loved our stay in this villa. Beautifully renovated, super clean, just wonderful. The rental company was also very thoughtful and left a welcome bag with lots of convenience items like dish soap and laundry pods—loved it! Highly recommend. We stayed with our 2 children and they enjoyed endless exploration on the sound at low tide. Tons of birds, crabs, large hermit crabs, etc…beautiful location with lots of nature. We even found a few sharks teeth! "

"Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean"

"We really had everything we needed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for a few simple meals. Tv was an issue upon arrival but once we figured that the hdmi was hooked up wrong we were fine. My only complaint would be that there was no property information aside from the list of rules with the associated fines for breaking said rules. I would have appreciated a map of the property. Many places we’ve stayed also have information...

"What a great spot! We loved the set up of the condo. Some privacy for all, cushy chairs and couch for reading when we needed a break from swimming and fancy heated bath fans when we needed a warm up shower after a cold swim!"
