Seabrook Exclusives | 2325 Oyster Catcher
2325 Oyster Catcher is a luxurious vacation home in the North Beach neighborhood of Seabrook Island. It’s a unique and special home, one where quiet repose and relaxation at the beach are enhanced by your stay in this designer showcase only steps to the beach. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom boasts luxury amenities including a private elevator, an outdoor shower, a covered loggia with a green egg grill, gas grill, and beautiful marsh and golf views.
The two story layout features a reverse floor plan. The living area, kitchen, study/media room and outside covered loggia encompass the upstairs level. When you enter the home, you are captivated by the light, openness and natural tranquillity that surrounds you. The abundant floor to ceiling windows, transom windows and multiple doors offer spectacular views of the marsh, golf course and ocean peaks.
The living room offers captivating views of the expansive marsh. Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating and gather for a movie on the large HDTV with DVD player. Separate from the main house, accessed by the upper loggia is the study/media room. Enjoy relaxing here for quiet repose and quiet sanctuary. Curl up on the cozy sofa with one of many books available for guests to enjoy, catch your favorite game or watch a movie on the flat screen TV.
The gourmet kitchen features a Gaggeneau gas range, Sub Zero refrigeration and abundant cabinets and counter space to inspire chefs of all ages. The butler pantry and wet bar area offers additional cabinets, an icemaker and beverage refrigerator and the dining table is a custom design of the owner comfortably seating 8 guests for in house dining. The powder room with glass infused concrete countertop feels like a luxury hotel and there is a large laundry room on the lower level with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
2325 Oyster Catcher comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The large master suite offers quality accommodations with a memory foam king platform bed and a private bathroom with custom tile work, highlighted by an oversized spa shower with two rain shower heads. The second bedroom suite features a queen bed and private bath with a large tile shower. The third bedroom is set up with a trundle offering two double beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower accented with colorful blue tile.
Venture outside for luxury island-style living! The covered loggia is stylishly appointed with quality outdoor furnishings, a gas grill and Green Egg to prepare and enjoy delicious grilled fare and tranquil views. Multiple decks surround the home maximizing your outdoor enjoyment and offering stunning distant ocean, golf and marsh vantage points.
Guests enjoy a quick walk to the beach and are only a mile to the Seabrook Island Beach Club and pools. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity cards for your stay, please contact our local reservations team.
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Beach Access: Beach access to Boardwalk #2 is just a short, two to three minute walk away, then five minutes from there to the beach.
Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.
Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 3.Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.
