This private beach home is a fabulous retreat for families and friends coming to Seabrook Island for a vacation. Nestled amid the lush tropical landscape, a private, natural path takes you to Seabrook's 3.5 miles of sandy beaches. Ride your bikes down the road to the Beach Club pools, the Club's two championship golf courses, and dining at the Island House or Pelican's Nest. In addition to its great location, this home is comfortable and inviting.
A reverse floor plan, when you enter this home you will find two of the four bedrooms. The 1st Bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The 2nd bedrooms has two twin beds, and a TV. The bedrooms share a Jack n Jill bathroom with a shower/tub.
Head upstairs in this great home to the living area. This great room features hardwood pine flooring, cathedral beamed ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and French doors leading to a screened porch and sun deck. Gather around the large HDTV to watch movies or shows. The dining table sits between the living area and the kitchen. Dine at the large farm table that easily sits 8. There is additional seating or 5 at the nearby kitchen counter. The kitchen has granite counters, a gas stovetop, wall oven and microwave and well stocked cabinets. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer and additional storage. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy cocktails after a day at the beach or quiet conversation with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background. You can even catch glimpses of the blue ocean waters beyond.
Off the hall at the top of the stairway are two bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and access to a hall bath with a shower. The master bedroom is a beachy retreat featuring a king bed, TV, and en suite bath with a shower. Step through the doors to the deck outfitted with Adirondack chairs. A set of stairs lead to the backyard where you can access the path to the beach. When you return from a day on the sands, rinse under the outdoor shower. The kids can play on the grass that surrounds this home.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Many of Seabrook's finest amenities are just down the road. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
This home is great for families and is well stocked. It has a gas grill, sand toys, an outdoor shower, good selection of books, games, and DVDs. There is even a powerful telescope for stargazing. You will enjoy distant water view from living room and you will definitely hear the ocean's surf.
Up to (1) dog welcome up to 20 lbs. Additional fee apply
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
