"We loved our stay at the farm. The ideal location for driving to lovely local towns, Whitstable etc., check-in was very smooth and we were greeted on arrival. The cottage is really well stocked, not the usual rental with no crockery/wine glasses. We even remarked that the bedding & towels smelt so fresh. "The property is in a lovely holiday park and the surrounding area is great. The property itself is comfortable and fairly well equipped. The problem is that small changes could make it better. The tv is shocking, needs a new cable. I did contact the owner who said he would look in to it but this never happened. One of the mattresses in the twin room needs changing desperately, it completely sags in the middle and is not comfortable. There is also an electricity meter you have to feed £1 coins in...

"The cottage is tucked away in a very beautiful and quiet part of the countryside. With cottages of this age you have to mind your head because of the low ceilings, but we found this charming. There is a gorgeous and very large private garden, and the cottage itself is a good size with a well-equipped kitchen and is very well maintained. I would highly recommend it."

"We have stayed at Chesterfield Cottage many times and have always enjoyed it. If you are staying in true this location really can’t be beaten. Literally seconds from the famous Rye landgate and all of the local pubs and restaurants. Also only a few miles from Camber Sands. The cottage itself is very quaint and comfortable and we have found it to always be clean and well maintained. Thoroughly recommended if you want to visit Rye."

"We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!"

"I would highly recommend a stay in this converted Oast. My partner, our dogs and I had a lovely time. Such a nice part of Kent, we didn't want to leave! Amanda's thoughtful touches made it even more special- we had homemade bread, red currant jelly and a cake for my partners birthday along with butter and milk. The oast was clean and tidy and there were some pretty walks around the area."
