"Very nice"

"The room was not clean. Carpet appeared dirty. There was a dog bone near the drapes which showed the room had not been properly cleaned. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. Not a well maintained room. Not a good experience!"

"The Ocean Deluxe room was not nice, cleaning was ok, I felt itchy, I'm pretty sure has bed bugs, the conditions in all rooms are basic and not well finished, the main door, was not perfect closed, u can see a light from the isles, the best thing in this hotel is the tiki bar, thats the only reason I always come, but this time I think is the last one."

"Always a great time here. The renovations are beautiful and the activities and events are fun. The staff really made my time there special. Thanks to cleaning ladies, the bar tenders, front desk staff and the guy who help me with laundry."

"Very noisy and a very old hotel Looks it was a embassy suites Rooms renovated and clean Liking ac Good price and good service Nice people working there"

"Rooms were nice and clean. the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good, but the bkfst. room had a hard time handling the amount of people staying at the hotel."

"La propiedad está cerca del mar pero no tiene vista al mar. La habitación estaba limpia y los alrededores muy bonitos a pesar del pequeño espacio, pero era una especie de motel algo antiguo, no resort como decía la reserva, Había cierto olor a humedad con el aire acondicionado que sonaba. No había opción de vending machine o servicio para agua u otros refrigerios. El personal atento y amable. Los alrededores que buenas opciones de comida. Al lado había un edificio que si podría ser el resort....

"Good place for short stays"

"We had a wonderful long weekend at The Beach House. Staff at the resort were all extremely helpful and friendly! We did not run into one grumpy staff member, which is unique! The pool, pool staff (especially Kimberly and Michael) and bartenders were very attentive and friendly. Loved the special drinks brought around by the bar staff! Will definitely return!"
