"Very convenient and lively hitel"

"Zee and Amin at the front desk was extremely helpful with coordinating family activities. Their knowledge and willingness were greatly appreciated. All of the staff was very welcoming, and I would highly recommend the Hyatt hotel. The area is close to a few restaurants and the Waterfront; great location. The suites were beautiful with a nice view. The variety of foods at breakfast was more than enough, so much variety and it was hot and fresh; made to order. I am definitely staying here again, when I'm back in Cape Town!! Worth every penny."

"We arrived at Cape Town airport at 21:00 hrs. having set off from the UK at 06:00 hrs. collected our hire car then a two minute drive to hotel with secure parking, help with our luggage a quick check in small but functional room spotlessly clean room and washing facilities the towels quality was good comfortable beds so a good nights sleep. The standard of breakfast was poor and we won’t use it again "

"So glad we chose this hotel. The location was near the ocean but removed from the fray of the downtown area. Neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Bed and linens were very comfortable and clean. Bath towels could use some refreshing. All of the hotel staff were kind, helpful and friendly. "
