"Excellent modern hotel in a fantastic location right in the centre of Funchal. Rooms were a great size and very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Lovely continental breakfast to start the day with a good choice was very good as well. Rooftop bar and lounge are were lovely and peaceful as well as affording a great view over the harbour area. We would certainly stay in the hotel again if we are to return to Funchal in the near future."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel. Beautiful place, lovely staff. Unbelievable breakfast 😋 Two pools, not very busy, and access to the sea. Lovely café. Beds comfy. Very quiet at night. We LOVED it here. ❤️"

"Good basic 4 star hotel, as a base with a pool and breakfast it was fine for us. As long as a little tired decor doesn’t trigger you you’ll be great. Location is fantastic with a small park next door, shopping centre 5mins walk away and dozens of bars and restaurants nearby."

"The venue was good, but could have used better daily cleaning, more ease of finding parking, and an actual beach view that wasn't obstructed by a tree. The noise level at night was also difficult at times when trying to sleep (due to other guests, not just street driving). The location was fabulous with many nearby options of food and attractions, making it easy to get around."
