I loved the location, the property, our room, the food, the service and all the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!!

Beautiful clean apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. Location was central to the river and historic areas. We walked almost everywhere, or took an 8-10 min. uber if tired. The pool area in back is very peaceful!

Staff was superb! The most professional and accommodating staff offering champagne or cappuccino upon arrival. Helped with bags and made dinner reservations for us as well as gave great recommendations. We got a great price and was not expecting this kind of service. The best service we had in all of the European hotels we've stayed in this far.

The Blind Restaurant ‘Moments’ was a fantastic dining experience! An absolute MUST on your visit to Porto…well worth the price!!!

Modern property right in the middle of the old part of the city. Keep windows closed to keep out the noise of tourists

Property is extremely clean and walkable distance to most attractions. Things to be aware of, this is not hotel, so reception desk staff is on-site 10 am to 2pm. They clean the rooms every 4 days. You need to get your own kitchen necessities. The marketplace for groceries is quite a walk up and down hills. About 20 min. No laundry on-site. The management should really consider getting washer and dryer (Laundry) for the units. The public laundromats are extremely expensive in Porto....

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

We needed a room close to the train station, so this was the ideal location. The house was newly renovated in April of this year. Check in was a breeze and included a nice glass of port while completing the paper work. As, the site tells you, there is no elevator. This is a lovely place right in the heart of Oporto. But be ready for lots of hills if you plan to visit the river side as it is in the upper part of the city. Nice view of river and loved a restaurant A Bolinas right up the road. It is a good walk into the city center, the funicular can be helpful.

We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Elizabeth, our hostess/property manager was the best! She made parking and finding the property a breeze. The apartment was a perfect combination of what my husband and I both love-historic and charming for me, but modern amenities for him. The location was perfect-right in the heart of historic Porto! We highly recommend! 10/10

This was a great location! Very walkable. It is close to the train station & metro. Housekeepers were very nice! Would definitely stay here again.
