"We had a wonderful stay at this truly lovely home right off the lake. It was very clean, well appointed, and tastefully decorated, with two large, en-suite bathrooms, and a bunk room for the kids. There were loads of games and books to keep us all occupied on a rainy day; otherwise, we loved being able to use the included kayaks to paddle around the lake from the launch site very close to the house. The outdoor grilling area and fire pit were great for family hangs in the evening, and we loved being in such close proximity to Meredith Harbor and its charming restaurants and shops. Obviously, the big draw is being so close to the lake, it doesn't disappoint.The hosts were incredibly responsive and helped us find restaurants and answered any questions we had about the house quickly. It was a super easy check-in and out process. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone (or family) looking for a relaxing week in a gorgeous part of NH!"

"View of Little Squam from house and deck was lovely, nightly s’mores with the grandkids around the fire pit (well stocked with firewood) was great fun after beach and water play filled days.House and beds comfortable and ac appreciated on the hottest days. Thanks Kyle for your help and quick responses to requests."

"Gorgeous home. Location was perfect for our family with big and little kids. Shallow water for little to play dock w diving board for bigger kids. Stocked kitchen comfy beds. Owner stays close by to answer questions. Would stay again 100%. Pet friendly, was able to bring dog last minute he was very accommodating. Public beach up the road for extra parking our party had lots of cars. Our family created a lifetime good memories that week"

"Enjoyed our stay here for three nights. Loved the beach frontage, fire pits, kayaks/paddle boards. Check in process was easy and Kyle is super responsive and cares about the quality of your stay. The other families/groups who were there were friendly and everyone kind of did their own thing. Showers are a tad tight but other than that was a great time. Would definitely go again!"

"Perfect rental for a romantic couple’s get away, outdoor activities or just relaxing. Very spacious, well appointed with many thoughtful little touches. Great patio with gas grill and nice table for outdoor eating. Host Scott communicated promptly. Easy access to kayaking on Squam lake (rental at Squam lake Association was very reasonable) and lots of different hikes. Many restaurants - some you should reserve weeks ahead. Cell service is spotty around the area so download hiking maps before leaving. Excellent WiFi throughout property. We will recommend to friends and would definitely stay again."

"Felt like home. They do a great job offering events and music on 5he property. We had a tacos and tequila night. The beach just across the street is very accommodating with plenty 9f swim and boat gear. Great firepits for the campers to hang around and made good friends. The cabins are great but could use some updating and a little more cooking staples. Newer owners will probably remedy as they are always looking to improve."
