"Not impressed that I selected "pay at the property" and it was taken from my account before we arrived. Check-in was quick. The Hotel was convenient for Killarney Town Centre. Parking was available. Dinner was disappointing despite good reviews online. The mushrooms and onions were swimming in grease. The Cooked Breakfast was quite good, generous portions and tasty. The basics were missed, cups & saucers on the table but no teaspoons. No milk available on the table, we had to go and take it from a table that had not been cleared. I don't believe the guests should have to go looking for these things, they are basic requirements on a breakfast table. There was a member of staff asking guests is everything ok but she ignored us when we tried to get her attention, With a little attention to detail, this hotel could have a lot to offer and is reasonably priced."
