"My first word upon walking through the door was "Wow!" The wide open floor plan and expansive views seen through the enormous windows was breathtaking! The extra large deck overlooking the river made for a peaceful time to unplug and reconnect with friends. The entire house was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. "A really charming and quirky house, perched on an overlook above a bend in the James river. Very friendly host, nice grounds, and plenty to explore in the surroundings. We did some outdoor grilling and a fire in the pit on a very starry night. The kids were disappointed that the hottub wasn't working that weekend, but there were plenty of games and some swings nearby to keep them occupied."

"This tiny house is so relaxing and beautiful. The walk to the lake is a very easy short distance. Everything is exactly as listed. There are plenty of snacks available and the bed was super comfortable. The towels and linens were fresh and crisp. The host Steve is extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with.
