"This property is a converted motel with an excellent location in New Smyrna Beach. Just walk across the street a way and you are at the beach! We enjoyed our stay there. Jeremy was very responsive to our needs. (One of us was staying on the couch and needed a blanket, and there weren't any hangers in the closet, so he brought them by).
