"My college daughter and I met for a couple days midway between us to get away. We had no idea what a great little town Sanford is! Our stay at the "Old Florida" apartment was just right-great location, extremely clean, great communication, lovely decor and thoughtful amenities. We took full advantage of the beautiful decks overlooking the gardens and loved being in the space. Highly recommend!"

"As title states, this is my second stay here, each one was a 4-5 day stay for work, and still think this is THE best rental I have experienced this far. Quiet, clean, every detail covered and so close to so much that Orlando has to offer…perfect location."

"Excellent affordable location. A few issues though, The elevator was out of order and being a senior with back issues We were glad we only had to walk up 1 floor. Many people staying there were older and it was an issue. The front keypad to the lobby was hard to manipulate and many of the guest had problems with it. Discovered the entry on the poolside was much easier to use. The lockbox for the unit was also difficult to use, The unit could use more cleaning supplies to help keep it up during...
