"There was a water leak in the room that was reserved for us and it could not be fixed same day. Upon my request I asked the kind young lady at front desk if she could recommend a diff motel for us for that 1 night stay. She did and called that diff motel to see if they had any vacancies which theu did. She had great customer service skills. She also directed us to the Jayco (Kroger) store where we could get gas"

"The room’s smoke detector was removed and the wires were hanging from the ceiling. Not good!"
