"It was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It is a short walk (2 or 3 blocks) to the Florence Old Town area with several good restaurants and shops. Parking was easy. It is not a luxury hotel, but for what it is, it is very good to excellent."

"The room was clean as was the lobby and breakfast area. We had a good view of the river. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and we felt safe. The only problem we had was there is no elevator. I know that was in the description but I missed it. It would have made a difference if I had noticed it when I reserved the room. The other thing that was disappointing was having no three pronged outlets near the bed for plugging in a power strip for multiple charging plugs."
