"We were very happy with the apartment and loved sitting on the deck watching the ocean. The only issue we had was that there was no hot water to our shower for the last three days of our stay. Although it was not rectified before we left, they did attempt to fix it and had a plumber come to the home. "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort in Dominica—it truly felt like an escape into nature. The views were incredible, and the whole setting was peaceful and refreshing. One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was outstanding, and Chef Damien made the experience unforgettable. You can tell a lot of care and creativity goes into each dish—it was easily some of the best food I’ve had while traveling. The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly proud of their country. They loved sharing information about Dominica, from local culture to must-see spots, which made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. Laerie took such good care of us at breakfast and lunch, remembering our likes and dislikes, and sharing interesting information about the food and property. Visiting the open air spa is a MUST! I had two massages, which were the best I have ever received! Noreen is fantastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. We'd definitely come back. "I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. The swimming pool was lovely and very well maintained, and the complimentary pool toys were such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant/bar is convenient, and you can pre-order or enquire in advance about opening times, which was helpful for planning. My room was adequate, clean, and felt safe, there was night security present and staff on site, which gave extra peace of mind. Communication via WhatsApp was really helpful and made everything smooth from booking to check-in. All the staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely consider another stay in the future. Special shout out to Ms Warrington for the support when needed. "
