"This hotel was a big disappointment. It felt like I was just churned in with dozens of other people and absolutely no attention to detail. The room was cold- temperature wise and vibe! No art or anything on the walls, very dated furniture and the most uncomfortable concrete-like mattress I've slept on in a very long time. The food was very average and expensive, churned out for the masses. The hotel just didn't have any kind of character about it and made me feel like I was not in Scotland...

Nous avons eu un petit problème de manque d’eau chaude dans la douche, mais l’employée a été très serviable et a réglé le problème. Excellent déjeuner. Je vous recommande. Également de souper au bar adjacent (Seamus), bon repas avec une ambiance festive."
"I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room."
