This is the view overlooking the Bay of Fundy from the tip of Cape Split, Nova Scotia. A nice 13 kilometers return hike to the end of the cape. The trail is well maintained, but watch the weather as it can be sunny at the trail head and then be foggy at the end. There are some trails down the cliffs to the coastline as well, but be very aware of the tides as many people have been stranded due to the fast tides.

A Wonderful Get Away

"We had a wonderful time at The Old Orchard Inn. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautifully appointed. Loved the outdoor decks and we used the pool all 3 days. Our only suggestion would be having a regular staff member on the patio. It was a very long time before we ordered and it took 40 minutes to get our meal. Both of us only ordered a main each. Other than that, everything was fabulous. We will be back!"

"The Maple Inn B & B was perfection! The property was gorgeous and well maintained while keeping the historical presence intact. Our room was so clean, sweet and comfortable, and our hosts were very pleasant and informed. The breakfast was absolutely out of this world, and our only regret was not being able to extend our time!
