"No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"We stay'd for two weeks in the paradise at Marzia's , Vlazi's and the kids and the domestic housepets. It was a lovely stay with beaitiful people in an amazing house and surroundings. The vieuw was jaw dropping. Five star residence!! Lots of thanks to the owners who gave us a warm welcome and holiday."

"La casa grande e accogliente, si trova in un posto incantevole e comoda a tutti i servizi. Nonostante il caldo, all'interno era sempre fresco! Vi si trova tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (persino il pelapatate!) L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Francesco sono davvero da elogiare. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l'auto al nostro arrivo e si è adoperato immediatamente per aiutarci. "Hello, We really enjoyed our holidays at this house full equipped. Wide rooms with air conditioned very useful during summer time. The pool is large enough with an AMAZING view on the valley and on Trevi! We have a very good welcome and availibity of the renter. By the way, they produce a good olive oil locally. Thanks again! "The description and frankly pricing of this property do not fully explain that there are 3 other properies(up to another 8 guests), 19 cats and the owner living on site. I did not realise that from your website desciption which is misleading. If you are happy to share and don’t mind cats then it is simply lovely but you do not have the privacy that many of us crave. "The hotel was absolutely wonderful. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re an American who, like me, knew little about Spello, Italy before booking. Trust me—you won’t regret staying here. While we didn’t dine at the on-site restaurant, it offers incredible views. The location is also very convenient—perched at the top of the hill, it rewards you with stunning scenery (and a bit of a workout getting there). My only small disappointment was that we requested a check-out just one hour later, since our train wasn’t leaving until later in the day, but the staff wasn’t able to accommodate—even when I offered to pay for the extra time. Still, overall, it was a truly lovely stay. "
