Everything fantastic including MASSIVE tv with full Foxtel. Beautiful town, friendly people. Make sure you visit Cafe on Kelly and Hunter Warbirds.

Right bang on the railway line. Trains all night. Not much sleep as the train actually toots right in front of the building. Could not tell anyone to stay here. Air conditioner so loud and screeching like a next of birds.the studio apartment is nicely appointed and continental breakfast lovely touch

Portman's House is the best accommodation I have stayed in. I have stayed in all the accommodations in Scone, and this one by far surpasses the others. I LOVE that there is a separate room with a TV so that the couple has a TV each. I LOVE that there is a washing machine and dryer, so do not need to go to the launderette. I LOVE that the car has its own garage, and not out in the elements. I love that there is an open private space to sit out with coffee. I cannot give this place a high enough praise, it has been well thought out with a woman;s touch. I LOVE that breakfast was supplied. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of hanging space.I LOVED that there was double-glazing on the bedroom window. Thank you for the best comfortable experience. I shall return.

The room was clean, not so much the courtyard. We had expired milk in the fridge, which was replaced on request. A continental breakfast was advertised. I feel a few packets of cereal, a couple of slices of bread with jam & a small cup of juice doesn’t really constitute a continental breakfast.

The room was spacious; the bed was great. The continental breakfast was average. The outside sitting area was filthy. The toilet flush kept sticking. The water pressure is low. THE NOISE FROM THE PASSING TRAINS BLOWING THEIR HORNS DURING THE NIGHT WAS VERY ANNOYING.

Overall the property was fantastic, it was modern, neat and tidy, the bed was extremely comfortable. My only criticisms (and these were very minor) was the carpet was a little dirty. I was wearing socks inside and they got a little dirty. The other was my towel was starting to show a little wear and tear. They were the only two tiny things I could find wrong, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay.
