"Marvellous (and very interesting) building and very helpful staff, especially with recommendations for evening dining, Ragusa is blessed with a more than ample supply of good restaurants.The downsides were that the breakfast buffet wasn't replenished and the streetparking is a bit of a problem."

"Place was clean, well located and friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we had over the 8 different properties we stayed in. Home cooked dishes which were delicious. Room was a postage stamp, but clean and during a hot summer night the AC was super powerful. Def recommend the place. "

The only thing to note is that the hotels.com posting mentions parking but this is actually on street parking a few minutes walk away dependant on availability and not guaranteed. "

"A beautiful property in a stunning picturesque setting. Full of character & charm, great breakfast & dinner available. Bathroom could do with updating and rooms feel very dark. Biggest drawback was our room which we booked for a family of 4 and were given a room right in the centre of the courtyard by the restaurant and the children’s bedroom was adjacent to the noisy kitchen. Needless to say it was very disturbing and loud and the hotel were not able to help or move us, which was a real shame and put a downer on our stay. "
