"À fuir – Expérience catastrophique
Personne pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée. Nous avons simplement reçu un message avec deux photos pour la clé, mais aucune indication pour trouver la chambre. Après 30 minutes à essayer toutes les portes, c’est une autre cliente au balcon qui nous a sauvés en nous indiquant l'entrée.
La chambre (qui sentait le renfermé) était au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n'était pas mentionné dans la description. L'insonorisation est inexistante : on entendait...

"Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Dislikes - views of property show it much more beautiful than it is. The worst part, our kids couldn’t use the pool without a swim cap that had to be rented for 3 euros and pool towels being charged 5 euros. They need to make that clear in the communication. What’s the point of staying at a property where you have to pay to utilize the shown amenities?"
