"Great stay!"

"This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel with the last 9 months. On both occasions we've had dinner at the restaurant, and have not been disappointed. This time we chose the buffet option, and were pleasantly surprised by thev depth of choice in the variety of world-wide cuisines available. The only thing that surprised us was the lack of use of the Mango, which is abundantly in season at present. The staff are attentive, polite and helpful and can't be faulted to uphold the hotel's guidelines. One bugbear is the lack of hot water despite running the shower and taps for nearly 20.minutes. Yes, it's been 34c outside but there's always a need for hot water. "

"The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. Consider sound proofing the room windows as there is a lot of noise from outside with vehicles horning all day and night (helps with good nights rest). For breakfast consider adding scrambled eggs in addition to the traditional cuisine and perhaps a coffee machine to give a broader option for hot drinks. Other than that my stay was ok."
