Located near Marina di Modica in southeastern Sicily, this is a charming property with private swimming pool and a Mediterranean garden. The villa is conveniently close to the beach, as well as local eateries and a delicatessen in Marina di Modica. Moreover, it serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the beautiful baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, along with the natural wonders of Cava d’Ispica and the Vendicari nature reserve.

Villa Odina (150 sqm) consists of a main villa and annex.

MAIN VILLA
The main villa consists of a comfortable living and dining room (furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table seating 6, and a television) and a well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences and appliances.

In the sleeping area, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, complete with and ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. Additionally, there’s another bathroom equipped with a toilet that also serves as a laundry area.

ANNEX
In the annex (accessed from the outside), you will find three double bedrooms, each featuring a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, along with ensuite bathrooms with showers.

Outside, there is a well-tended garden spanning 2000 square meters, featuring an above-ground private swimming pool measuring 3.5 x 5.5m and 1.3m deep, open all year round. The outdoor space also features three terraces, one of which provides a shady dining and relaxation area complete with a dining table (seating 8), a comfortable seating arrangement, and a barbecue. Additionally, private parking is available within the property.
