"From the moment we arrived, Selkirk Lodge exceeded every expectation. The setting is stunning, nestled in the heart of the mountains with breathtaking views in every direction. The lodge itself is beautifully maintained, cozy, and full of character, offering the perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the start. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food and service, was top notch. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore the outdoors, or just unwind in nature, Selkirk Lodge delivers an unforgettable experience.

"The property was perfect for our needs for race the wolf weekend. Used the boot dryers after Saturdays race to have our gear dry by Sunday's race. Hot tub was great after the snowy and cold finish on Saturday. House was set up perfectly for our two families. Owner was great to work with. "
"We stayed one night at off season before the lifts opened for mtn biking. Room was very modern, beautiful views, clean, and comfy beds. Dinner at the restaurant was good - nothing to be excited about, but good. Would definitely stay there again. Be aware the price does not include $37 resort fee due at arrival

"We came for a girl's weekend and felt like princesses. House is amazing. The owner is equally amazing and ensured we had extra fun with the cake and flowers waiting for us on arrival. Make sure you read the book as there is an adventure waiting for you inside. "

"Our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children ages 3,2 and 8 mos) just returned from an awesome 5 night stay in Schweitzer. Jack’s home is the best place we have stayed in our 35 plus years of family ski trips!! It certainly was the cleanest and the most accommodating! Jack provided pack and plays, bed rails and a hook to counter high chair. Local coffee, grocery delivery service, snow sleds, media room, hot tub, a corner lot where you can just walk onto the mountain from the garage and build a snowman!! Even zip locks !! If I called, Jack answered! And he provided ski passes which was the icing on the cake!!! As Texas we were very happy that the altitude is also lower than most places - something we were very happy about! Loved this place !"
"We ended up getting this Rental last minute for the prez holiday weekend and it's really New! Great location! lots of space! really well set up kitchen and utensils etc.. loved the massive heated garage and allowed us to dry and keep all our gear, clothes, skis, boots etc on the first level. Awesome views. the only reason I gave this 4 stars , some teething pains with the kitchen electrical with an outlet that would not work. the snow overhanging the hot tub was truly concerning from a safety point of view. Please Please Please put in a king bed in the master we would rent this again if you did. the bunks in the second bedroom closet were not what we expected. desperately needs some coat hooks and basics at the front door and options for drying and hanging in the garage. a few tweaks and for us this would be a true 5 star experience !"
