"Beautiful room we had overlooking the Lake! Large room and large balcony. Nice bathroom. Clean room. Had a refrigerator and a sitting area in the room. 4 large windows and it overlooked the church which rang its bells. The balcony has a electric canopy that you can put out if it rains and had a little table/2 chairs. You can watch the boats go by. We walked to the castle close by. Was able to go to the town which had stores and restaurants (15 mins. from the place). Great buffet breakfast also. Everything closes early, so it you want to eat in the town, make sure you go early."

"Beautiful stay at Eden. We were picked up from the train station and checked in quickly. The room was phenomenal with a view over the lake to the Alps. We could have sat on the balcony all day just watching the goats walk around. The breakfast buffet hot food was a bit cold, but you could order fresh eggs a la carte which was perfect. A good selection of food and good coffee. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were impeccable. We also had a massage with Jasone, one of the best ever, she was very experienced. The town of Spiez was great to walk around, a perfect stay, thanks to all the staff for making it so lovely. "

"Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. The free breakfast was great. You also get a voucher for a free beer/wine/NA drink per person. The paddle boards were GREAT to use. The free transport card was great to have (~40 mins to Interlaken and ~20 mins to Thun via bus 21). Also the library/lounge are for guests was nice and the kitchen (with fridge space and free coffee, tea and apples) was great. HIGHLY recommend. Our only regret was not staying longer. "

"There was a little confusion about checking in. We arrive late and the staff already left for the date. Our Apartment was in the separate building away from the main building. There was no elevator in that building. The staff was nice enough to come back and carry the suitcase for us since we live on the top floor of the building with no elevator. The room is huge and clean. "

"Very convenient location. Nice new hotel, and while it is at train station, it was shockingly quiet at night (even on weekend). They have 2 espresso pods in room, but no creamer, and you are out of luck if you are a tea drinker (you have to buy one downstairs) so bring your own. Beds are neutral (if you need soft beds, this isn’t for you). Overall nice place and I would still recommend."
