"The hotel was so clean and nice, near everything very good for families. The only thing we didn't like was that the ladies in the reception were extremely rude and didn't have any manor how to speak to people. I said good morning, and she's not even responding. People in the restaurant were lovely and helpful. In general we had good stay"

"If you're a frequent traveler in Europe, you will know the vibe. It's been awhile since they've done any remodeling so it feels like a bit of a throwback, but hey it's nice not to stay in some overly tricked out boutique hotel. The back courtyard is really lovely and a great place to have breakfast whilst having the Alps looming over you. And that's why you're there in the first place."

"The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff, particularly Dami (?), was very kind and helpful. The breakfast offerings were unbelievable--definitely take advantage of that. Also, make sure to take a bike to the castle. It's a lovely bike ride and easier to manage. Just really pay attention to the warnings to get there 1.5-2 hours in advance. The grounds were well kept and had a lovely view of the castle. The only thing that was a bit hard to figure out were the spa facilities and how to use them. An orientation could be helpful."
