Description
Welcome to our finished 75 m² workers apartment in the city of Schwandorf. You will have two bedrooms with alltogether 5 single beds. The apartment is good for up to five people.
Please look at our attached floor plan to see the exact layout.
There is a kitchen filled with everything you need, including all electrical appliances like a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and basic equipment for cooking (pots, pans, kitchen appliances and cutlery).
The bathroom will have a bathtub, a toilet and a bathroom sink.
Every bedroom will have its own smart TV.
There is Wifi throughout the property.
Also there will be a washer dryer you can use.
All the sidecosts, WiFi, bedding and towels are included in the price.

Transportation possibility
In front of the apartment there are free, public parking spots on the street.
The building is in a good area and very close to main street (B85/ B15) and the Autobahn (A93/ A6).
