"We had a wonderful stay here! The staff and hotel were truly exceptional. Our only suggestion for improvement is the air conditioning in our room, which struggled to cool below 25 degrees. This made it challenging for our 10-month-old baby to sleep comfortably at night. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!"

"Everything was great!! Only issue was we asked for an extra pillow and for maintenance to check our A/C because ours was broken. One receptionist that we asked first never brought use the extra pillow and told us maintenance would check out the A/C during the day but they never did. We asked someone else the second night and she immediately brought us the pillow and switched our room instead of having us stay another night in the hot room. Other than the small inconvenience we enjoyed our stay!!"

"I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend if you are visiting Graz. It’s a good cheaper option than the main city."

"The hotel is behind the runway. There is nothing around and you need to pay 20 euro to get to the airport by taxi."

"We had an extraordinary room, spacious and well designed with touches of fun and tasteful art pieces. My favorite thing was coming back from dinner and taking a swim and sauna in their wellness space. It felt so good after a long car trip that day. "
