"The cottage was very comfortable. The view from the dock was beautiful, especially at sunset. We were able to get to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island, and then had a quiet home base to return to everyday. The Schoodic peninsula trails are close. We enjoyed lunch on the Wharf in Corea. I would definitely come back for another stay. "

"Actually writing this review whilst sitting in the screened in porch on a cool and rainy May morning. We chose this house as a base for our long weekend explorations of Acadia and the surrounding area. What we didn’t realize was that the house is a destination in itself. We had a group of 8 (parents and six adult kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Room to gather and room to spread out. The thoughtful touches were endless. Every day we noticed something else. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, bathrooms were huge and the kitchen was stocked like we were in a cooking show. Top shelf everything…no shortcuts when they put this home together. The lake out back was peaceful. Too early in the season for a boat rental but that would have been incredible. The porches overlooking the yard and water were comfortable and a frequent favorite. We had a couple of minor things pop up and they were addressed immediately. Communication was easy and we felt well taken care of. The house was immaculate and if there was a way to give 12 or 15 points it would certainly be worthy. This house was perfect for what we needed and we highly recommend it. Absolutely 10/10!!"

"Lovely space. I didn't stay as long as I'd planned due to weather so I didn't get to explore but the cottage itself was clean and well appointed. There's a lovely fire ring outside with plenty of wood even though it had been raining.Becka was super responsive every time I reached out."
