"Where do i start, the way to the rooms is scary to say the least, cigarette buds everywhere, trash, someone used the room before you go up the stairs as a toilet, the post boxes are broken open. I should have looked for a new place straight away but since we were only going to sleep there and didn‘t want to go through the hastle of finding a new spot we stayed. Room was decent. Super questionable people inside the apartment as well. Plus not being able to help after your very confusing system...

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Es war eine super Zeit. Beim Check In dürfte es einen Übertragungsfehler der Nachricht hier auf fewo gegeben haben mit der Info ab den Gastgeber, wann ich in der Unterkunft ankommen Werder. Somit musste ich eine 3/4 Stunde warten. Es war allerdings nur halb so schlimm, weil der Wald hinter dem Haus sehr schön ist. Das Haus ist super renoviert, moderne Heizung, top Ausstattung, auch in der Küche und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Werde wieder kommen, wenn es sich ergibt. Danke an den Gastgeber...

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. Die Einwohner sind freundlich und entspannt. Der Ort ist sehr gepflegt. Leider war das Grundstück nicht komplett umzäunt, wie ausgeschrieben, das war sehr ärgerlich und stressig, da wir deshalb mit unseren beiden Hunden dieses Haus gebucht hatten. "Staff were extremely accommodating and kind, especially after a long day of travelling when we arrived, Marco the hotel receptionist made us feel extremely welcome and was very funny. Check in and out was especially easy. Rooms were really clean with a really comfy bed and smart TV. The location of the Hotel is a handy 20 minutes into the centre of Vienna. However, we booked the kitchenette room and did our own cooking one night . Everything you need is there although there is no bowl to eat from or a chopping board. Otherwise this stay was absolutely perfect and was far above our expectations of the place. The bar downstairs is good value and a nice atmosphere and there is nice coffee and tea for free in both the room and downstairs. Brilliant!"
