"We had an AMAZING stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived. Mata cleaned our room the week we stayed at the hotel and was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a great plus! Pool was maintained very clean. We plan to stay at the hotel again!! The only thing we wish is they the parking was either including or at least half the cost."

"I liked that the property was close to the airport. We did not have a lot of airport or road noise that was a bonus. The pillows were like squares of cardboard so not very comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant waitress was rude and literally rolled her eyes and huffed at you if you asked for anything. It would have also been nice to have a coffee carafe or something in the lobby for guests when we arrive or before and after the restaurant was opened. Like if we needed to go down into the lobby. The experience with the restaurant was not welcoming ,so you did not want to go in there and ask for just a coffee, the waitress demeanor was that you were an inconvenience. This stay was at the end of a 3 week vacation, we were tired and had, had excellent experiences up until the restaurant. No photo op with that staff person. 🤣🌴✈️"

"Excellent resort a little away from hustle of Waikiki Beach. Close to Ala Moana beach and the several harbors where many off shore tours leave from Across the street from the Ala Moana mall so plenty of shopping and food close by In addition one block away from both Target and Walmart if you forget something Really enjoyed the room, and the pool area is an excellent place to wind down after a day on beach or around the island And don’t miss the Sway restaurant for a late night meal or breakfast. One of the best “hotel” restaurants i enjoyed in my travels"
