A viewpoint that can be counted among the most beautiful in Berchtesgadener Land. Free view of the valley and the Berchtesgaden mountain chain. Starting point for numerous hiking and mountain tours to the Obersalzberg, Kehlstein and Jenner areas. High tours to the high Göll and high board.
Due to the altitude of our house we have the advantage that over 1050m bright sunshine prevails, while the fog in the valley does not dissolve.
It is cozy and lovingly furnished, simply without "frills" and luxury, but has everything you need at an exceptional altitude in the middle of nature, surrounded by a quiet alpine landscape. With its simple rural feeling, it invites you to relax and recreate.
The apartment is absolutely for non-smokers and can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.
It consists of a living room with double bed (box spring bed) and an extra room with a single bed.

Rental in the winter months:
A rental in winter is possible on request. We live on an exposed altitude of 1050m, easily accessible.
*In case of extreme snow conditions there is a suitable parking space a distance of 200m. Winter gear required.
the change of the year in a quiet, spiritual mountain atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle is our motto in New Year's Eve.

* Non smoking property: absolute smoking ban on the whole area! A confirmation must be presented before booking!

* No open fire like barbecue or candles.
