"Tolles Hotel mit sehr bemühten Mitarbeitern in einer tollen Lage direkt am See. Schöne und neue Wellness Landschaft und leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Verbesserungswürdig sind ledig die viel zu hohen und massiven Kissen. Es gibt ein Mini-Kissen, dass zu klein ist und ein riesiges Kissen, bei dem man fast im Bett sitzt beim drauf liegen 😅 wenn man die austauschen könnte wäre gar nichts zu bemängeln. Gefreut hatten wir uns auch auf das sehr gute Essen im Restaurant, allerdings wurde die Karte etwas eingekürzt und die Auswahl war für uns nicht wirklich passend. Daher mussten wir leider woanders Essen gehen. Im Haupthaus hatten wir Probleme mit der WiFi Verbindung, die im Nebengebäude ohne Probleme funktionierte. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them!
