Room was comfortable and really appreciated that the hotel kindly gave my disabled son a quiet room with a slightly larger bed. Staff in bar and restaurant very friendly. "Great location near Alexanderplatz Staff were always helpful. Place was clean, breakfast had a good choice. Price for the stay was good. Rooms had the amenities you needed. We stayed on floor 7, inside view but this was fine. Room furniture was modern and in good order. Will recommend to friends & family."

"Such a lovely room and hotel. So many amenities downstairs in the lobby like gym, games, laundry area. The staff were so nice as well and it's such a bonus that we can leave our bags there for free. Bed and pillow were very cozy. Recommend."
