"It's a lovely clean and bright studio in the heart of Bayreuth, a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a minute from the colourful and lively Maximilianstraße. If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain. What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions for how to use the hob cooker. Hghly recommended."

"This hotel is very pleasant with friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. The shuttle bus to the Festspielhaus is great (though not so good when there weren’t enough seats on the way back) and the glass of Sekt beforehand is a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable and the air-con good. The dinner menu stays the same all week; it might be good to ring the changes a little more for those staying a longer time."

"Considering the location and price of the room I was both surprised and impressed by the quality of the hotel. It appears to be family owned, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking space in the back. The home is extremely clean and peaceful. I loved staying here and plan to return some day!"

"Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Betzenstein die Wohnung war sauber ruhig und es war alles da was wir benötigt haben . Die Aussicht und die Natur um uns herum war herrlich. Der Vermieter war hilfsbereit und hat uns Ausflugstipps gegeben.Wir kommen gerne wieder.10/10"
