"Es lief alles wunderbar ab. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und das WLAN war trotz vier gleichzeitiger Nutzer nie langsam. Am ersten Tag hat die Spühle getropft aber da wurde auch sofort der Hausmeister geschickt um diese su reparieren. Im großen und ganzen sehr gut für einen kürzeren aufenthalt. "

"Positiv: Zentrale Lage als Ausgangspunkt, um Hamburg zu entdecken. Gute Ausstattung. Bäder und Betten sauber. Negativ: Wohnung ist direkt an einer Hauptstraße im Schanzenviertel. Nachts ist es dadurch sehr laut (auch mit Fester zu, da diese nicht schallisoliert sind). Betten sind okay, aber das Sofa geht gar nicht (Feder drücken sich nach oben). Also nicht für mehr als 8 Personen empfehlenswert."

"As promised here are some remarks. - Left bed: One wooden bar of the bed rail was broken; Matras was therefore very weak - No bedlight for one of the beds (?...) - Several duvets in the wardrobe, so clothes cannot be stored (?...) - No dishcloths in the apartment - Too few towel /clothing hooks in the bathroom - No TV instructions/users manual - Tea strainer would have been useful."

"The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was excellent for me while I was attending a conference that was 2 subway stops away. Easy access to cultural and tourist sites. The washing machine was fantastic. Highly recommend. "

"Overall clean. We had to buy our own toilet paper (3 rolls for 2 people for an 11 day stay. The bathroom was VERY tiny. The toilet situated so close to the shower that you couldn't sit on it straight. The step down from the shower was very steep and we had a hard time hanging on to something to get out of it. The 2nd bedroom I would not recommend for older adults. Children would be fine. The ladder to the bed is very steep. The washing machine worked well, as so the stove and oven. NO air...

"Die Lage der Wohnung an einer großen Kreuzung wird komplett verschwiegen, entsprechend laut ist es. Der auf dem Foto sichtbare Hortensien-Garten existiert dank der Brennessel nicht mehr. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist extrem dürftig, selbst Müslischalen, Eierbecher, Brotkorb etc. fehlen."

"This place was clean and in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located near transit. Could have used at least a few hooks to hang coats, bags and towels. The shower doors did not seal very well, which meant water would escape onto the floor every time it was used."

"There is simply nowhere else like this to stay! Whilst in Hamburg seeing friends, we thought why stay somewhere ordinary, when we can stay in this uniquely historic monument that has been brilliantly converted into a really cool hotel! Super comfy & well designed room (we went with a King bed suite), with a really great shower! Don't expect the Hard Rock Cafe to be here, as I did (my only disappointment). The history of the place is fascinating and the rooftop views are worth the stairs! Reception's great. Found the staff in the top restaurant to be somewhat disinterested & a bit stuffy. Definitely more friendly, fun & funky in the bar down by the reception. Great local foods market & the very lively Reeperbahn on the doorstep!"
