Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. The process was frustrating and far from smooth. That said, the apartment itself was clean and situated in a great location in Belval. The only drawback was the weekend noise from a nearby nightclub, which made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep."
