"Loved everything about this hotel. Front desk staff were very accommodating. The room was very clean and well equipped. I appreciate that they have a clothes steamer available in the room. Also appreciated the water bottle refill station in the front lobby which offers both sparkling or still water. Only negative thing i could think of to say would be that the blow dryer is very weak. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. We went on a Tuesday which is quitet in Brussels in general m. The fridge was broken but that was my only criticism. Other than that had a fab stay and would highly recommend and will probably be back. Had a great cocktail at the bar. Probably one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m very fussy! It was called Tropical!"
