"We really enjoyed the clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is close to the Brussels Midi station, which was a little suspect with colorful characters, but we returned to our room before dark and had no problem. We felt safe during the day but may not have felt safe after dark."

"This property was so great! Located right across from the train station. Not only were they so accommodating and nice, they had recs for us on food and allowed us to store our bags for free when checking out to go explore the city. They also had unlimited coffee and tea, which was really nice. The shower could have been warmer but that is truly my only complaint about this hotel!"
