"Waren bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Therme, welche man durch einen Bademantelgang erreichen kann. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Einziges Manko was wir bereits beim letzten Mal sowie auch dieses Mal festgestellt haben ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Da wir das aber dieses Mal wussten haben wir uns Mini Ventilatoren mitgebracht."

"Wir hatten uns gefragt, warum das Hotel drei Sterne Superior ist und nicht vier Sterne. Die Antwort an der Rezeption nach unserem Aufenthalt war: Man übererfüllt lieber die Erwartungen der Gäste basierend auf 3 Sternen, als ggf. bei 4 Sternen am unteren Ende zu sein. Aus unserer Sicht wurde das sehr gut erreicht. Wir hatten ein normales Comfortzimmer und ohne Klimaanlage, aber der Zimmerservice hatte die Vorhänge tagsüber geschlossen, so das die Temperatur im Zimmer trotz Außentemperaturen von 28-30 Grad ganz erträglich war, zumal es in der Nacht dann weiter abgekühlt hat. Mit dem Fliegenschutzgitter konnten wir auch gut das Fenster aufmachen. Der Innenpool war sauber und meine Frau war glücklich, das sie schwimmen gehen konnte. Das Abendessen (Selbstzahler, keine Halbpension) war sehr ansprechend angerichtet und sehr lecker. Wenn das Restaurant bei uns in der Nähe wäre, könnte man sicherlich auch nur deswegen dort einen Besuch planen, um mit Freunden oder zu zweit einen entspannten Abend zu haben. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Individuelle Eierspeisen werden nicht angeboten, das Rührei fand ich aber völlig ok. Wir haben uns das Hotel einmal abgespeichert, da es uns für einen Zwischenstop/Nacht, um eine lange Autofahrt von Süden nach Norden aufzuteilen."

"The staff was great at this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic! Eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit and yogurt and meats and cheese and various cereals. There is a coffee machine with great selection. Free parking and free breakfast...great grocery stores next door. 30 mins from Nuremberg Rock Im Park and the Imperial Castle. The location was great and there is even a fridge in the room. Would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"There’s no contact with any staff, the rooms are cleaned only when you leave. We didn’t have breakfast. There’s a lovely terrace you can sit out on with a honesty bar. The village is beautiful and the hotel is in a very old building but be aware that the stairs are steep and quite narrow & there is no lift so anyone with mobility issues would struggle - not sure if there were any ground floor rooms"

"Wonderful, amazing stay. Property is absolutely beautiful and was super well taken care of. We arrived late at night and got some pizzas at the conveniently located Bar. Traveling with a family of 5. Spa facility was amazing, kids had a great time at the pool and the saunas were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly. One of the staff members promptly brought me a baby chair, and another brought us a pillow once he noticed the chair was too big for our baby. Would definitely recommend and stay again. If anything, the hair dryer quality is not compatible with the luxurious facility, but that’s all. Loved it."
