Room with a view of the Schunbrunn gardens and palace was worth the short metro ride to the city. The metro is across the street making it easy to get into the beautiful city of Vienna. Opera stop puts you right in the heart of Vienna. Add breakfast to your stay - it is simply the best we experienced in the 7 cities in Europe we visited , including the UK. The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. It’s near westbanhoff which made it very convenient

It’s better location,friendly and clean

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Such a delightful stay. Quiet huge cozy room. Great facilities like shower with overhead shower head and big toilet area and chic furniture. Extremely comfortable bed. Awesome helpful staff especially Leonid from night shift, good sense of humor. Perfect location. I appreciate help with finding parking garage.

Wonderful hotel, great breakfast, ideal location, friendly staff.

The hotel is on a great location close to the train station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Not much of a boutique hotel person but definitely was very pleased with this hotel. Largest bed I have seen or slept on in Europe , pillows soft and comfortable. Room and bathroom larger than most places and well design. Close to all main attractions. Definitely would recommend to stay here .

Terrific small hotel 10 a ten-minute walk from Westbahnhoff. The staff is English-fluent and so friendly; the rooms are deliciously comfy; the breakfast is terrific; and the shady courtyard with cushy seating and a fountain is a lovely beguiling place to spend a lazy afternoon, have morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Brand New Hotel, New Neighbirhood, Nice, Quiet, Safe Location, Tram Stop in front of Hotel, Subway within Walking Distance. Highly Recommended!

Old apartment building concerted to a boutique hotel. It was done very well with stylish comfortable rooms and nice amenities. If you are looking for a conventional hotel this is not it. If you want a room that is comfortable and stylish with fine amenities coupled with great service, I would highly recommend the Altstadt.

Clean and quiet room, very convenient location and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Can only recommend to explore the city.
