Wir sind von der Heike Wongel GmbH optimal betreut worden. Angefangen bei der Buchung, bei der Durchführung der Reise und der Betreuung vor Ort. Die Wohnung betreffende Wünsche wurden noch am gleichen Tag erledigt und sogar an meinen Geburtstag hat man mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit gedacht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können den Veranstalter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich freue mich, im vorletzten Jahr Ihre Web-Site entdeckt zu haben. Ich habe das Gefühl, bei Ihnen gut aufgehoben zu sein, da Ihre Mitarbeiter sämtlich äußerst freundlich und gut gelaunt sind. Man kann sich mit allen Fragen an sie wenden und wenn es, wie dieses Jahr bei mir, ein Problem gibt, sorgen Sie für schnelle Hilfe. Ich habe mich wie schon im vergangenen - und hoffentlich im nächsten - Jahr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und - soweit ich bisher feststellen konnte - mit allem, was man so braucht, eingerichtet, die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Man ist sozusagen mittendrin im Leben und doch kann man auch einfach ruhiger Beobachter sein. Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf das nächste Jahr.

Die Vermietung ist super. Die Website ist übersichtlich, aussagekräftig und die Buchung hierüber geht einfach und schnell. Die persönliche Betreuung bei Rückfragen etc. ist ebenfalls sehr gut, stets freundlich und es gibt immer ein paar nette Worte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, freundlich und überaus liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
