"The property is in a lovely village with good amenities. Host communication was excellent before check in and during our stay. The accomodation was immaculate; beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches left for our arrival (fruit basket, milk, juice etc). "We booked the Holly Tree barn for a hen do and couldn't fault our barn. Each room was laid out beautifully and had robes and towel facilities. The barn had character and was decorated very nicely. The kitchen area and amenities were excellent, with a wide range or mugs, glasses and crockery. The couch was lovely and comfortable and the garden facilities were brilliant. "The property is ideally located to explore all areas of Lincolnshire, it is situated in a lovely village with good amenities. The property was very welcoming, clean and very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is very nicely decorated, had a comfy sofa and bed and was very pleasant to go back to after a day exploring. We would certainly recommend the property and would love to stay again in the future."
