The Breakwaters apartment is ideally positioned only one minute walk to the Harbour, Beach and a whole host of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and arcades that make up Scarborough’s promenade. Excellent location !
Breathtaking views of the Bay, Harbour, Scarborough Castle and along the North Yorkshire coastline.
Only 5 minutes stroll to the town centre & Scarborough Castle. All Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels provided. Parking available.

TVs in both the bedroom and lounge. These are all Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Disney+ and Prime ready so if you have a account for any of these you can log on and enjoy your favorite TV. Each TV also has freeview, catch up & You tube as standard. We also have a range of games & books to keep everyone happy.
We provide a welcome pack which includes a bottle of wine of your choice, fresh cakes, locally made artisan chocolates and fresh milk. Along with Tea/ coffee, complimentary slippers and toiletries.
