Host responded to enquires but only disappointing issue we had was no TV remote, and when messaged the response sent was not helpful as we obviously searched high and low and could not locate, no replacement offered so watched iPad and laptops. Also a second key would be beneficial as family members coming and going at different times"

Cutting knives(only butter and small steak knived)No tonges.Needed bigger food bowlsSeemed to be 3 of some items(small plates, wine glasses)There was also a small dust pan and broom which made it hard to keep apartment clean. Really needed a small hand held vacuum. Would also helped to keep the carpets...
